CMC was invited to offer meditation and pranayam practices at the Breathwork Dome at Jhené Aiko’s “The ARK”. Offerings included the soil meditation to bring about an experience to connect with the earth and also Nadi Shuddhi, a simple but powerful balancing pranayam.
